FIRST OFFENDER 3 MONTH

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:   15 weeks of alcohol/drug treatment, consisting of:  Intake/Assessment (1 hour); Entry (15 minutes), Mid (15 minutes), Exit (15 minutes), 12 hours Alcohol/Drug Education (6 sessions, 2 hours each); 18 hours group counseling (9 sessions, 2 hours each).

At a cost of $618.00 with a payment plan and Fee Contract. At the time of enrollment a $115.00 down payment is required which is included in the cost.
Participant has a choice of paying with cash, check, money order or credit card. We now accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

FIRST OFFENDER II 6 MONTH

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:   6 months of alcohol/drug treatment, consisting of:  Intake/Assessment (1 hour); 12 hours Alcohol/Drug Education (6 sessions, 2 hours each); 32 hours Group counseling (16 sessions, 2 hours each); 4 individual counseling sessions (15 minutes each; Entry, Mid, Fact to Face, Exit).

FIRST OFFENDER II 9 MONTH

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:   9 months of alcohol/drug treatment, consisting of:  Intake/Assessment (1 hour);  12 hours Alcohol/Drug Education (6 sessions, 2 hours each);  44 hours Group counseling (22 sessions, 2 hours each);  20 Bi-weekly individual counseling sessions (15 minutes each) .

PC-1000 Program

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: 

• 6 month drug/alcohol program
• 1 hour orientation intake/enrollment
• 18 hours education sessions (12 sessions, 1 ½ hours each.
• 12 hours group sessions (6 sessions, 2 hours each)
• 4 sessions of individual counseling sessions (minimum 20 minutes each) in a six month period
• exit conference (30 minutes)

At a cost of $326.00 with a payment plan and Fee Contract. At time of enrollment a $52.00 down payment is required which is included with the balance.
Participant has a choice of paying with cash, check, money order or credit card. We now accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

6 Hours of Re-Entry:  
1 hour once a month upon completion of 12 month core requirements

6 weeks of groups: 2 hours, once a week
5 individual counseling sessions: 20-minute appointments
